Celebration

Today at our church we celebrated the closing of our 40 Days of Purpose Campaign. Unbeleivable! We had over 100 people baptized our services today. I think the number was close to 120. We had over 2000 people in small groups for this 40 days and most of them say they are going to stay in them! Lots of good thing happen during this journey: One teen that was baptized just became a Christ-Follower even though her father is a mormon and her mother is an agnostic! Another girl excepted Christ through the first video and she brought her unbelieving mother to see her get dunked!! Lots of people with a new purpose in life.

Unbelievable day today. The morning service was 2 hours but didn't seem that long because of all that was going on. We had 2 hot tubs on stage to accommodate all of the people. We had a few friends get baptized too. One family all got in the baptismal together and got baptized! It was too cool to see how God worked through this book and ultimately through His book; the Bible. God Bless and if you have not please read "The Purpose Driven Life"
