Holy Cow...

Sorry guys.
Been a couple of days since I last blogged. You know that saying, "Time Flies." It seems as though time is now my enemy. Now matter what it sneaks up behind you, grabs you, spins you around and slaps you in the face! I have a hugh red mark on my face lately!
Let me take a moment to give you an update of sorts of the things going on in the life of the Cowen Clan.

For a couple of weeks now we have opened our home up to a guy by the name of Jason Kerher. Awesome guy! We love having him around. He is one of the missional pastors for elevation this next year. He dwells in our basement which we have fixed up. It is actually pretty nice down there. We bought a rug to put down there and borrowed some furniture from Lori the Furniture Queen.

Jason and I just put up new garage doors to replace the old nasty wooden ones. This is a story all by itself! Also, K8 is repainting the bathroom a "mint green" which to me looks like white.

Griffin is throwing temper tantrums now and it is kind of funny. He gets all red and shakes because he is so mad. I think that this will cause me to really learn patience.

On the church front, Mike Fackler, our middle school pastor, resigned and will be here for only a couple more weeks. This puts a spin on everything. On top of everything that is going on already with high school now we have to contend with that also. Oh well. There is just a lot to do. We love the guy and will miss him.

On the Khias Design front, I have 2 big jobs that I am waiting on and another just called me yesterday to let me know that he will be needing my help for a trade show that is coming up.
