My bamboo plant named Bamby is on her last leg. It happened when I finally got my own office. Bamby moved with me and she did not do so well. I really noticed after the first weekend in there. She started to turn all brown. What the heck-Too cold? Too much sun? I am not sure but she took a turn for the worst.
Yesterday I had to amputate about 4 or 5 inches of rotten bamboo from the bottom of her. I put her in fresh water after the surgery and we will have to wait it out.
