More car repairs...

Seems like the car god is not too fond of us lately (Good thing we do not really believe that).
So I get in the Metro this morning and start the car and it sounded like someone just removed the exhaust system! I look out in front of the car and saw a far amount of smoke. Well due to all the crappy weather out here they use a lot od salt to make sure we do not go carining into each other. The bad part is that the salt does not mix well with metal and water!

So for the rest of the day I drove around feeling embarised. I got home and took a look and the front flang was no longer welded to the catalytic converter! After making a small cheater bar and breaking through the rust I got the whole thing off. Luckily I found a place here in Holland, beside the dealer, that could get me the part. The God part of this story is that the part will be here at 8am tomorrow! So my little roller skate does not have to be off the road to long. Woohoo!

Thanks Lord for knowing all things and looking out for us. Most of all for teaching us stuff in moments that we do not like to be in.
