I can't believe it! It is that time again. I thought that we would have a little longer. I haven't even cleaned out the gutters yet! Christmas is still more than a month away and the snow has hit the ground here in Michigan. So far we have had about 5 or 6 fires in the fireplace to keep warm.
The cold is like a wolf, gently hiding behind trees, sneaking up on it's prey. Closer and closer the wolf can smell the flesh of the sheep. The sheep, unsuspecting, gets pounced on by the wintery clasp of the wolf! There is whimpering and then the cold has set in.
Hope that didn't scare any small children that read my blog. Sorry to ruin your innocence!
Anyways, it is cold here now,
